Agente AI Solutions LLC ("Agente," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through agenteaisolutions.com and our forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, team size, and what you tell us about your business and the tasks you want help with.
- Basic technical information: our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance.
Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers or your customers' personal details through our forms.
Cookies and tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our website host keeps standard server logs for security. Our booking calendar is provided by our scheduling provider (LeadConnector, part of HighLevel), which may set cookies that are needed for the calendar to work, such as remembering your time zone. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking calendar may not work without them. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this section first.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare your free AI plan or demo, and schedule calls.
- To send messages you asked for, like appointment reminders and workshop invites.
- To provide and improve our services if you become a client.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, scheduling and customer-management software, and AI providers that process information on our behalf. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messaging (SMS)
How you opt in: on our booking form you can tick an optional, unchecked box that says you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-up texts from Agente AI Solutions about your free AI plan call. Ticking it is never required, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send: appointment confirmations, reminders before your call, follow-ups about your plan, and replies to questions you've sent us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
What we collect: your mobile number, the date and time you opted in, and the consent wording you agreed to, so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs.
Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@agenteaisolutions.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the texting providers that deliver our messages. See our Text Messaging Terms.
Client data
If you become a client, the data we handle while providing our services is covered by your Client Services Agreement. We use it only to provide the services, keep it confidential, and don't allow it to be used to train third-party AI models where our providers let us choose that.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no more than 24 months if you don't become a client, unless the law requires longer.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@agenteaisolutions.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new date.
